How long does fulfillment take?
We take 2–5 business days to process, fulfill and ship all orders.
Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. -

Returns and Exchanges
Being made to order, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges.
If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If the item is defected please contact us first for shipping information. All returns should be addressed to:

How to report a problem with your order
To report a problem with your order:
1. please email us at mariottistudiouno@gmail.com
2. Add the order number to the subject line: Report [order number]
3. Write up your problem in detail and send relevant photos where applicable.
We will contact you as soon as we have a solution to explain how to proceed.
NOTE: MARIOTTI ART may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

Why is it important to add contact information when placing an order?
Providing your email and phone number at checkout is crucial to:

When contact details are provided, it’s more likely that the package will be delivered on the first try. This is particularly helpful for couriers bringing packages to the recipient’s door, as they may struggle to complete deliveries without contact information.
